Ready-mixed Concrete

Saudi Readymix specializes in the production and supply of ready-mixed concrete. This is provided to customers either through a network of fixed commercial outlets, or by project-specific on-site batching plants which provide customers with a dedicated facility.

Commercial Network

The Saudi Readymix network covers all major commercial and industrial areas in Saudi Arabia and currently comprises 20 fixed commercial production and supply facilities. These are strategically located throughout the Kingdom in strategic locations to cover the major metropolitan areas in the Eastern, Central, and Western regions.

Through its countrywide distribution of manpower and mobile equipment, Saudi Readymix has a unique capability to pool resources and execute large and challenging pours anywhere in the Kingdom at short notice.

On-site Batching Plants

For clients with large projects requiring a dedicated facility, Saudi Readymix is capable of setting up through on-site batching plants in record time. Whether the project is at a remote location or in the heart of a congested city, Saudi Readymix can has the experience and capability to mobilize, erect and commission a self-contained production facility on-site, in any size or configuration, at very short notice, fully customized to meet customers’ specific requirements.

In addition, Saudi Readymix’s specialized and highly ‘erection team’ offers customers a guarantee that on-site batching plants will commence supply no later than 4 weeks after start of mobilization. Customers also benefit from a unique track record – no Saudi Readymix on-site batching facility has ever caused a single day’s delay in contractors’ concreting schedules for their respective projects.

Fleet & Equipment

The company’s network of stations is serviced by the largest fleet of concrete equipment in the Kingdom. Currently, the fleet includes nearly 400 mixer trucks, 150 mobile and stationary pumps, and other ancillary equipment to meet all customer needs.

In 2007, the Company became the first ready-mixed concrete supplier to begin equipping its fleet with high-tech GPS navigation system. In addition, the Company boasts the world’s most powerful stationary pump, capable of reaching heights of 700 meters.

Other Products

From dedicated production facilities in the Eastern Province, Saudi Readymix produces and supplies a wide range of construction materials.

Concrete Masonry Units

The Company’s operates two block factories located in Jubail and Jeddah which produces a wide range of products, including thermal insulation blocks, decorative blocks, interlocking pavers, split fluted blocks, and cable tiles.

Quarry Products

A wide range of aggregates is supplied by the Company’s own three quarries in the Eastern Province at Abu Hadriyah, Al-Nu’airiyah, and Al-Summan.

Hot Mix Asphalt

Hot mix asphalt is produced at the Company’s own plant in Jubail. The product is fully approved by the Royal Commission, SEC, Saudi Aramco, SABIC and Hadeed.

Technical Services

A team of experienced and fully-qualified technical experts is on hand to offer technical advice and assistance to customers, no matter where they are located in the Kingdom.

Saudi Readymix’s highly trained technical staff perform their tasks from fully equipped laboratories located at each fixed commercial outlet and on-site batching facility to provide a convenient, on-the-spot service to customers.

At the Saudi Readymix central laboratory in Dammam, experts are available to deal with customers’ more complex needs. In addition, they are constantly experimenting to develop new-mix designs with enhanced properties using high-performance materials.

These help Saudi Readymix provide innovative and efficient solutions to meet the increasingly demanding needs of the Saudi construction sector. Recently, the Company became the pioneer in developing several technically advanced concrete designs, including self-compacting concrete and special high-strength high-rise concrete mixes.

The technical staff are trained as per the globally accredited City & Guilds course in concrete technology, ensuring that the end product is delivered with consistently high quality and according to the agreed specifications.
